Pineapple Chicken Pasta Salad

This is one of my favorite pasta salads. I have such good memories of making it with friends and family. I encourage everyone to give it a try. ASAP. It helps that it super easy.

1 box tri-colored rotini pasta (cooked)
1 c mayo
1/2 mustard
2 cups shredded chicken
1-8oz can of crushed pineapple
1 T of cinnamon
dash of salt
dash of pepper

Combine all ingredients, mix well, chill and enjoy.

Very simple! :)

  2. A variation of this Hawaiian Pasta Salad is to substitute cubed ham for the shredded chicken. My girls were never fans of ham, so we used the chicken, but when they're not around, I use ham. Shh...don't tell!
