Jean's Sausage Balls

3 C. Bisquick
2 C. (8oz) sharp cheddar cheese (grated)
1 lb. Hot Sausage
1/2 C. Milk
1 t parsley (optional)

Mix well. Form into balls and place on cookie sheet.

350 degree til brown ( about 15-20 mins)
